- International shipping is NOT available at this time, sorry for the innconvienice.

Processing time
Once an order is placed, it may take up to 1-4 business days to be fully processed.

 

*Except monthly subscription boxes, they will be shipped out at the end of the month to arrive before the end of the first week of the month.


Shipping time

Please ensure you have correctly entered your shipping address details as we cannot be responsible for orders that do not arrive due to error in address.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, slight delays may occur. 

Once we drop your package off at the Post Office it's delivery speed is out of Green Goddess Rituals control.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges but you can always contact us for any return question.

 

Damages and issues

You must inspect your order upon reception and contact us within the next 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You must provide a description of the damage and photographic evidence to anna@greengoddessritual.com

 

 

Refund policy

If your refund has been approved, the products and packaging must be returned in an unused condition. You will be responsible for the shipping cost.

Our customers are very important to us. Therefore, our passion is to produce handcrafted products from scratch with natural ingredients, so due to the personal nature of our bath and body products we can not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

If your merchandise is damaged during transit, proof is needed within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the broken item(s) with the same item(s). If those item(s) are no longer available, then we will provide a refund.

If you wish to cancel an order, it must be completed before the order is shipped.

We make every effort to ensure that goods are well and properly packaged.

However, if you receive them in a damaged state you will be refunded or allowed to exchange.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! Therefore, contact us within 5 business days and we will work together to correct the situation.

Please understand that you might have to pay for the return shipping, but it really depends on the particular situation.

Your satisfaction is our priority, so if there is any other problem with the order, please contact us and we will try everything to regain your trust.
